Privacy Policy

Account data. Your name, email address, and login credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us), plus your organization and team membership details.

Content you create. Scripts, script variations, ideas, transcripts, uploaded videos, approval decisions and the reasons you give for them, schedules, and performance numbers you or your team enter.

Workspace profile data. The niche, social profile links, follower baselines, offers, and voice notes you provide about each brand you manage.

Connected platform data. If you connect a social account (for example Instagram or a Facebook Page), we receive the account identifiers, page names, and post performance data (views, reach, likes, comments, and similar metrics) that the platform makes available, along with access tokens that let Crenoz act on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, which stops all further access.

Tracking data you set up. Crenoz lets you create tracked short links and install a pixel on your own websites and funnels. When a visitor clicks a tracked link or lands on a page carrying your pixel, we record the event (page visited, time, referrer, and form details such as an email address if the visitor submits one) on your behalf. You are the owner of that data; we process and display it for you and use it for nothing else.

Usage and billing data. Which features you use, AI credit consumption, and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.

To run the product: the pipeline, approvals, scheduling, repurposing, tracking, and reporting you signed up for. To generate AI drafts and repurposed content from the material you provide. To improve content suggestions: produced content and its performance can flow into our analysis systems so the ideas we draft for you get better over time (Freelancer and Agency plans can opt out of this sharing in settings; on the Creator plan this sharing is part of the deal and is disclosed here openly). To send you transactional email such as login codes and approval notifications. To keep the platform safe, debug problems, and prevent abuse.

We never sell your data. We never rent it. We never use your content to market to your clients.

Crenoz runs on a small set of service providers, each receiving only what their job requires: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation; content sent for generation is not used to train their models), Google (spreadsheet sync of produced content and Drive folder links), Resend (transactional email), and Meta Platforms (only when you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, under Meta's Platform Terms).

When you connect Instagram or Facebook, Crenoz requests only the permissions needed to list your pages, read post insights, and publish content you explicitly approve. Access tokens are stored securely, are never shared with third parties, and are deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your workspace. Our use of Meta platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Crenoz uses cookies only to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking of you by us. The pixel you may install on your own sites sets a first-party identifier on your visitors so their journey through your funnel can be counted; it does not follow them anywhere else.

Your data stays as long as your account does. If your subscription lapses, your work stays saved so you can come back. Backups age out on a rolling schedule. When something is deleted, it is removed from live systems immediately and from backups as they cycle.

You can delete individual content items, workspaces, and connected accounts inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all data attached to it, email hello@crenoz.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

If you used Facebook Login to connect an account, you can also trigger deletion from Facebook: go to Settings and Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, remove Crenoz, and request data deletion. That request reaches us and is honored the same way.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, whatever your jurisdiction. Write to hello@crenoz.com and a human answers.

Crenoz is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell active customers by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
