Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Crenoz is a content operations platform run by Cresigners ("Crenoz", "we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and you, the account holder, and they apply to crenoz.com and every service under it. Creating an account or using Crenoz means you accept them. How we handle data lives in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
What Crenoz is
Crenoz runs content operations for creators and the teams that serve them: an idea-to-posted pipeline, approvals, scheduling and publishing to connected platforms, AI-drafted ideas and scripts, repurposing, audience questions, DM automations, and performance tracking. Features evolve; we add, improve, and occasionally retire pieces of the product, and we tell you when a change is material.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility, including what your invited team members and clients do with the access you give them. Tell us right away if you think your account is compromised.
Plans, billing, and credits
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe, each with a set number of client accounts; extra accounts and AI credit packs are available as add-ons. Credits included in a plan refresh monthly and unused monthly credits do not roll over; purchased credit packs stay until used.
Freezing an account. Putting a client account to sleep costs $50 a year, paid up front, and is billed fairly: unfreeze early and the months you did not use come straight back to your card, and a freeze shorter than a month costs nothing.
You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the period already paid for. When a price changes, we tell you before it applies to you.
Your content stays yours
Everything you or your team bring into Crenoz, and everything you approve and publish, belongs to you. You give us only the license we need to operate the product for you: storing your material, moving it through the pipeline, sending it to the platforms you tell us to post to, and analyzing it to power the features you use. Files uploaded for publishing are removed from our storage once the post is live, as described in the product. On the plans and settings where content sharing for improving our suggestion models applies, that sharing works exactly as disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social account, you authorize Crenoz to act on your behalf there: reading the data the platform makes available and publishing what you or your schedule tell it to publish. Each platform has its own rules, and you must hold the rights and permissions on that platform for everything Crenoz does for you there. Disconnecting an account stops all further access.
YouTube. Crenoz uses YouTube API Services for YouTube features. By using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Crenoz's access to your Google data anytime at Google security settings.
Meta.Instagram and Facebook features run on Meta's platform terms; using them through Crenoz does not exempt you from Instagram's and Facebook's own policies.
Acceptable use
Use Crenoz for content you have the right to publish. Do not use it to spam, harass, or deceive; to publish unlawful or infringing material; to probe, overload, or break the service; or to resell access outside your plan. DM automations exist to answer people who asked for something, not to blast strangers. We can suspend or limit an account that puts the platform, other customers, or platform partnerships at risk, and we will say why.
AI-generated content
Ideas, scripts, and repurposed drafts that Crenoz generates are suggestions. You review, edit, and approve before anything is published, and what you publish is yours, including responsibility for its accuracy and legality. Content performance depends on many things we do not control; Crenoz makes no promise that any piece of content will reach anyone or earn anything.
Availability
We work to keep Crenoz fast and available, and we build on infrastructure partners we name in the Privacy Policy, but the service is provided as-is and no software is up 100% of the time. Scheduled posts depend on the receiving platform accepting them; when a platform refuses, Crenoz shows you the error and retries where that is safe.
Ending things
You can stop using Crenoz and cancel anytime. On cancellation your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes, including deletion on request. The handover feature exists so an account you manage can move wholly to its owner or another team; learning travels with the account. We can end this agreement for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice that names the reason.
Liability, plainly
To the fullest extent the law allows: Crenoz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data caused by events outside our control, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes belong to the courts there. If a piece of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest keeps standing.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email or inside the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Crenoz after that means you accept the update.
